I've never been able to cook a good roast until now. This easy crock-pot recipe creates a juicy roast with lots of flavor. My husband loved it and there is nothing better than when your man loves the meat you cooked...ok there are a couple things better but I'm glad he liked it!

I'm making this tonight! I hope it turns out good too. If not, it's probably because I halved the recipe and forgot to buy a couple of the seasonings. What can you do?
